Senior Designer - Commercial/Mixed-Use

MulvannyG2 is a firm that’s designing the spaces that create a full experience from concept to construction.  Whether it’s retail, mixed-use, or office space, we’re doing it for clients and brands of global significance.  MulvannyG2 is looking for a talented Senior Designer to add to our Bellevue office (moving to Seattle end of 2014).


  • Develop program, master planning, concept, schematic and design development documents and drawings.
  • Develop project design intent and goals for successful implementation.
  • Guide and manage project design team and activities, including consultants.
  • Interface and coordinate site planning, engineering and interior design to develop and execute architectural design concepts.
  • Lead design presentations to clients and government authorities
  • Work closely with Design Leadership.
  • Mentor junior designers.
  • Support marketing and business development activities.


  • Bachelors/Masters in Architecture
  • Architectural licensure is preferred.
  • 8+ years of architectural design experience.
  • Self-starter
  • Strong 6-8 story mixed-use and commercial project experience.
  • Strong conceptual and schematic design skills.
  • Strong verbal presentation skills.
  • Proficient in 2D/3D software, including AutoCAD, 3D Studio MAX, Sketchup, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Powerpoint. REVIT a plus.
